Dispatch Timeline:

Since each piece is made specially for you, please allow 3–12 business days for dispatch.

Delivery Timeline:

Once dispatched, your parcel will take approximately 2–7 business days to reach you, depending on your location.

We use a mix of air and surface shipping — based on serviceability and delivery timelines.

Tracking Details:

You’ll receive your tracking link via WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your parcel anytime using the provided link.

Possible Delays:

Occasionally, deliveries may get delayed due to factors beyond our control — such as weather conditions, festive rush, courier load, or technical issues.

In such cases, our team will assist you promptly and coordinate with the courier partner to expedite delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Production Delays (if any):

As a handcrafted and made-to-order brand, minor delays may occur during fabric sourcing, printing, or stitching when order volume is high.

If your dispatch is delayed, our team will inform you in advance. We sincerely appreciate your patience and assure you — the wait is always worth it.

Delivery, Tracking & Non-Receipt Policy

At EKAH Jaipur, all orders are processed and dispatched within the timelines mentioned on the website at the time of purchase. Once an order is shipped, tracking details are automatically shared with the customer via SMS, email, or WhatsApp through our logistics partners.

Customers are requested to actively track their shipment using the provided tracking link and monitor the expected delivery timeline mentioned by the courier partner.

In case the shipment is not delivered within the expected delivery timeline, customers must notify our support team within 20 working days from the date of order placement so that the matter can be investigated with the logistics partner in a timely manner.

Please note:

* Orders marked as “Delivered” by the logistics partner, along with delivery confirmation/proof of delivery provided by the courier company, shall be treated as successfully delivered orders.
* EKAH Jaipur is not responsible for non-reporting of delivery issues beyond 25 working days from the order date.
* Claims regarding non-receipt of orders raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution, refund, reversal, or compensation, especially in cases where the shipment status reflects successful delivery.
* Delivery timelines after dispatch may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier operations, weather conditions, operational delays, or other external factors beyond the brand’s control.
* Once an order has been dispatched within the committed processing timeline, transit delays caused by third-party logistics partners shall not be considered the brand’s liability.
* Customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery location and maintain communication with the courier partner once tracking details are shared.

If a customer experiences any delivery-related issue, we strongly encourage them to contact our support team immediately so that we can assist and coordinate with the logistics partner at the earliest possible stage.
