Refund and cancellation policy

At Artoryx (Ekah Jaipur), each product is thoughtfully crafted and made-to-order. As a small, independent brand, our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and sustainable for both our customers and our operations.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. NO MONETARY REFUNDS POLICY
Artoryx (Ekah Jaipur) does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Instead, we offer Store Credits in eligible cases, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / STORE CREDIT
2.1 A return request must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
2.2 Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
2.3 The product must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, perfume, damage, or alteration
- In original condition with tags intact
2.4 Products failing Quality Check (QC) will be rejected and returned to the customer.
In such cases, the shipping charges for re-delivering the product back to the customer shall be borne entirely by the customer.
3. HOW TO RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
All return or exchange requests must be raised only through our website.
Steps:
- Visit our website
- Go to Footer → Policies → Return / Exchange Request
- Enter your Order ID, product details, and reason for return or exchange
- Submit the request
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp stating that your request has been accepted.
4. RETURN PICKUP PROCESS
4.1 Once your request is approved, a return pickup will be scheduled.
4.2 Pickup may take 2–3 working days to be arranged.
4.3 As a small brand, we manage operations manually, and delays may occur.
4.4 We request your patience and understanding — we do not operate on the same timelines as large marketplaces like Amazon or Myntra.
5. QUALITY CHECK (QC) & STORE CREDIT ISSUANCE
5.1 Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a strict Quality Check (QC).
5.2 If the product passes QC, Store Credits will be issued.
5.3 Store Credits will be sent to the email address used while placing the order.
5.4 Store Credits can be redeemed only on Artoryx (Ekah Jaipur) and have no cash value.
6. DEDUCTIONS APPLICABLE ON RETURNS
6.1 Standard Return Shipping Deduction
- A flat ₹120 will be deducted from Store Credits towards return shipping
- This deduction applies without exception
6.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- COD charges (₹80) will be deducted
- Return shipping charges (₹120) will also be deducted
Total deduction for COD orders: ₹200
Example:
- Order Value: ₹2000
- COD Fee Paid: ₹80
- Total Paid: ₹2080
Store Credit Calculation:
- ₹2080 – ₹80 (COD) = ₹2000
- ₹2000 – ₹120 (Return Shipping) = ₹1880 Store Credits issued
7. EXCHANGE POLICY
7.1 Exchanges are allowed only for size changes within the same design.
7.2 Design changes or product swaps are not permitted.
7.3 Exchange requests must also be raised via the website portal within 48 hours of delivery.
7.4 A flat ₹200 exchange fee must be paid separately by the customer.
7.5 This fee covers logistics and handling and is non-refundable.
8. ALTERATIONS RECOMMENDATION
8.1 All our garments include alteration margins.
8.2 We strongly recommend opting for local alterations whenever possible, as this:
- Saves time
- Saves shipping costs
- Avoids exchange delays
8.3 Multiple to-and-fro shipments increase costs for both the customer and the brand.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
9.1 Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
9.2 As all products are made-to-order, cancellation requests are not accepted after order confirmation.
10. FINAL DECISION RIGHTS
Artoryx (Ekah Jaipur) reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject return/exchange requests
- Reject products that fail QC
- Amend this policy without prior notice
All decisions taken by Artoryx (Ekah Jaipur) shall be final and binding.
