Cancellation Policy

At Artoryx (Ekah Jaipur), every outfit is made to order — crafted with care, precision, and love exclusively for you.

Because of this, once an order enters production, cancellations are strictly limited.

Prepaid Orders

Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Our production begins soon after the order confirmation, and every piece is specially made for the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

 

For all COD orders, we send a WhatsApp confirmation before processing.

• If you reply “Yes”, your order will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled later.

• If you reply “No”, your order will be cancelled right away—no questions asked.

 

Please confirm your order only if you truly intend to receive it.

 

When a Parcel is Returned to Us (RTO)

 

In rare cases, a prepaid parcel may be returned to us due to non-delivery — for example:

• The customer was unavailable during multiple delivery attempts (usually three are made).

• The provided phone number was unreachable or incorrect.

• The delivery address was incomplete or the customer moved out of town/country.

• The logistics partner faced issues beyond our control.

 

In such cases:

• We will issue store credits after deducting ₹120 towards the two-way shipping cost.

• If you wish to have the same parcel re-shipped, you must pay ₹120 re-shipping charges before we dispatch it again.

• No exceptions or special requests will be entertained unless the issue occurred due to an error from our side.

 

Please ensure that:

  • You provide an active mobile number (preferably WhatsApp-enabled).
  • Someone is available to receive your parcel at the delivery address.
  • You respond promptly to courier calls and delivery attempts.

Every RTO (Return to Origin) order leads to a direct loss of ₹300–₹400 for us, including packaging and logistics costs.

If you change your mind, please inform us before dispatch — we’ll happily cancel it for you.

But once your order is shipped, please accept it at delivery — it helps us sustain our artisans and continue crafting thoughtfully.
