Unfortunately, no. Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted. We’re a small business and follow a strict timeline to ensure smooth operations and quality control.

 

We do not offer refunds except in the rare case of a wrong item being shipped.

Since most of our fabrics are handcrafted and artisan-made, minor print variations or irregularities are not defects — they make each piece unique and special.

If we’ve accidentally sent the wrong product or a genuinely defective piece, we’ll happily replace or refund it.

Just inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear pictures for verification.

We do offer size exchanges. Here’s how it works:

• You’ll need to pay ₹200 total for to-and-fro shipping.

• First, you’ll return your product to us; once received and approved, we’ll dispatch the new size.

• Every outfit has a little margin inside for minor alterations, so most sizing adjustments can also be done easily at your end.

We offer returns in the form of store credit only (no refunds), since each product is made especially for you.

Here’s how it works:

• Raise your return request within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

• Once we receive your parcel and complete the quality check, we’ll issue store credit after deducting ₹120 towards return shipping.

• Store credits are valid for 1 year and can be used on any future order.

Yes, we do!

For international orders, please reach out to us on Instagram DM or WhatsApp. Prices remain the same; you just need to pay the actual international shipping fee as per courier charges.

Since each piece is made to order, we usually take 5–10 business days to dispatch your outfit. Delivery takes another 3–5 days depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your parcel is shipped.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small fee of ₹80 is applicable at checkout.

Absolutely! You can now add your body measurements directly on the product page while placing your order.

Once you select “Customization,” fields will appear where you can enter your measurements — shoulder, chest, waist, hips, and dress length (in inches).

• A ₹100 customization fee will be automatically added to your cart.

• Only prepaid orders are accepted for customized pieces.

• No returns or exchanges are available for customized orders since they are made exclusively to your measurements.

Yes! Every outfit at Ekah Jaipur is made to order — designed, cut, and stitched especially for you. We don’t mass-produce, which helps reduce wastage and ensures every piece is crafted with care and precision.
