Return & Exchange Policy

At Artoryx (Ekah Jaipur), each outfit is made to order — crafted exclusively for you, with love, care, and attention to detail.

To ensure smooth and transparent post-purchase support, we now offer an easy return and exchange window right on our website.

 

 

 

 Before You Order

 

Please make sure to check our size chart carefully or share your body measurements with us before placing your order.

Each outfit is stitched only after you order, and we always leave extra margins inside to allow for small alterations at your end.

This helps minimize unnecessary returns, packaging waste, and environmental impact.

 

 

 

Returns

• You can now directly apply for a return through the Return/Exchange Window available in your account on our website.

• This window will remain open for 48 hours from the time of delivery, after which it will close automatically.

• Once we receive and quality-check your returned parcel, we’ll issue store credit after deducting ₹120 towards return shipping.

• Store credits are valid for one year and can be used on any future order.

 

⚠️ Please note:

• Returns are not applicable on customized products, items purchased using store credits, or sale items.

• Minor print or color variations are part of handmade craftsmanship and not considered defects.

• If you face any issue submitting the request online, please text us on WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram (no calls, please) so that everything remains documented.

 

 Exchanges

 

We happily offer size exchanges for the same product only.

• You can initiate an exchange through the Return/Exchange Window within 48 hours of delivery.

• A charge of ₹200 applies for two-way shipping.

• Once we receive your returned piece, we’ll dispatch your new size.

• Exchanges are applicable only for different sizes of the same product (e.g., Small → Medium of the same dress).

Exchanges for a different design are not allowed.
